News: Theatre Solo: Canto del Giardino del Lago - Lake Garden Carol

February, 28 2020 h 21: I will present my first solo theatre and music show. At the moment the spoken part of the show is available only in italian language. My performance combines a storytelling about the world of Lake Garden of Villa Borghese in Rome and a collection of beautiful and well-known songs. Enchanted Notes

"Enchanted notes" is a fascinating musical voyage, ranging in repertoire from the ancient traditions of the Celtic area to more modern melodies. The notes of the legendary instrument of the Druids and of David merge with a voice singing melodious ballads.

My name is Giovanna Ofelia Berardinelli, I got my deegree in Jazz singing from St. Louis College of Music of Rome, and from Conservatorio L.Refice of Frosinone. I have being playing Celtic music since 2010, performing at festivals and public or private events. I have been studying lever and pedal harp since 2011 under professor Augusta Giraldi.

While being one of the few singer-harpists in Italy, my goal is to merge ancient and traditional music with a modern repertoire.

In 2018 I started my personal poject "Harp in the park", inspired by my deep love for both music and nature. I play for people passing by at Villa Borghese Gardes, Rome, almost every sunday morning. I wait for you! To know if i will be there on a precise day, please send me a fb message.
